it's time for porter pilots to join alpa
Signing and submitting a card along with a $5 membership fee is simply a formal method of stating that you are applying for membership in a union. The cards are kept confidential, never shared with anyone from Porter management. You can also get a card from any Organizing Committee member. If you opt to print your own card, follow the instructions on this page.
Please do not sign the last line for the ALPA representative or the receipt portion on the right side.
Mail to: Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), 360 Albert Street, Suite 1510, Ottawa, ON K1R 7X7. You can also hand in your card and $5 at one of our collection locations.
Upon receipt of your card, ALPA will mail you your receipt and confirm with a phone call to your phone number listed on your card.
