it's time for porter pilots to join alpa
Signing and submitting a card along with a $5 membership fee is simply a formal method of stating that you are applying for membership in a union. The cards are kept confidential, never shared with anyone from Porter management. You can also get a card from any Organizing Committee member.
Please do not sign the last line for the ALPA representative or the receipt portion on the right side.
Mail to: Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), 360 Albert Street, Suite 1510, Ottawa, ON K1R 7X7. You can also hand in your card and $5 at one of our collection locations.
Upon receipt of your card, ALPA will mail you your receipt and confirm with a phone call to your phone number listed on your card.
