Signing and submitting a card along with a $5 membership fee is simply a formal method of stating that you are applying for membership in a union. The cards are kept confidential, never shared with anyone from Porter management. You can also get a card from any Organizing Committee member.

Even though we have already filed cards with the Canada Industrial Relations Board for the certification process, you can still submit a card to indicate your support for ALPA membership.

Please do not sign the last line for the ALPA representative or the receipt portion on the right side.

Mail the completed card with your $5

Mail to: Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), 360 Albert Street, Suite 1510, Ottawa, ON K1R 7X7. You can also hand in your card and $5 at one of our collection locations.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your card, ALPA will mail you your receipt and confirm with a phone call to your phone number listed on your card.
