ALPA has established three Local Councils for Porter pilots, to include a captain rep, first officer rep, and secretary-treasurer. The three sets of captain reps and first officer reps together make up your Master Executive Council (MEC); those MEC reps will select a chair, vice chair, and secretary-treasurer at their first meeting.
